MYO Kitchen

A mobile kitchen mounted on a bicycle was developed as a platform for community engagement around food waste and sustainability. Built from reclaimed materials and designed for deconstruction, it was initially intended to cook with biogas from organic leftovers. Although the system did not function as planned, the structure evolved into a mobile outreach tool used in public spaces to exchange recipes, practical tips, and everyday strategies through workshops and conversations.
